Sept. 17 Patrick F. Brickley, 26, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. Oct. 1 Karissa Dimarsico, 21, of Thiells, and a 17-year-old male from Stony Point were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. They were issued appearance tickets. Oct. 2 An 18-year-old male from Goshen was charged with second-degree passing contraband to prisoners, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was sent to Orange County Jail. Oct. 3 Kyle D. Hutchinson, 26, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors, and vehicle and traffic violations. He was issued an appearance ticket. Oct. 4 Brian G. Johnson, 24, of Monroe, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, misdemeanors, having a controlled substance in a non-original container, unlawful possession of marijuana, and unlawful possession/use of fireworks, violations. He was issued an appearance ticket. Dominque D. Green, 21, of Newark, N.J., was charged with two counts of petty larceny, two counts of second-degree falsifying business records, misdemeanors, four counts of second-degree forgery and four counts of second-degree possession of forged instruments, felonies. She was sent to Orange County Jail. Oct. 5 Marie J. Doran, 47, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors, and failure to keep right in a two-lane road, an infraction. She was issued an appearance ticket. Oct. 6 Amanda M. Vanderoef, 34, of Hopewell Junction, was charged with third-degree grand larceny, a felony, and issued an appearance ticket. Ronald C. Longson, 54, of Toms River, N.J., was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Oct. 7 David J. Maguire, 42, of Florida, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket. An 18-year-old male from Brooklyn was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and issued an appearance ticket. Oct. 8 Michael R. Vazquez, 21, of Washingtonville, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
