Dec. 5 Michael S. Somers, 20, of Monroe, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. Damiano Raab, 20, of Monroe, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. Dec. 6 Debbie Hulse, 52, of Port Jervis, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Dec. 7 Joseph W. Beadle, 21, of Highland Mills, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. A 19-year-old Monroe male was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Dec. 8 David Farkas, 33, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Ronald Alacon, 50, of New Hampton, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket. Andre D. Williams, 28, of Middletown, was arrested on a bench warrant and remanded to Orange County Jail. Dec. 9 Daniel P. Doran, 46, of Goshen, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket. Dec. 11 Ricci N. Johnson, 60, of Milton, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors, and released to a third party. Lauren M. Casasnovas, 21, of Mahwah, N.J., was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket.
