    Feb. 14 Wayne G. Corts, 21, of Central Valley, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance. Feb. 15 An 18-year-old male from Greenwood Lake was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. An 18-year-old Brooklyn male was charged with making a false written statement, a misdemeanor, and released on bail. Hugo Ramos, 25, of Middletown, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Feb. 16 Philip D. Lindsley, 43, of Middletown, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, use of other vehicle without interlock, misdemeanors, and speeding, an infraction. He was released on bail. Feb. 17 Kasandre R. Herb, 29, of Highland Mills, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and speeding, an infraction. She was released on $250 bail. Gary A. Ball, 54, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors, and several vehicle and traffic violations. He was issued an appearance ticket. Feb. 18 Alf O. Saint Lawrence, 58, of Bloomingburg, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket. Feb. 19 Joseph Krauss, 33, of Goshen, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a felony, because of a previous conviction within ten years. He was issued an appearance ticket. James J. Krauss, 31, of Matamoras, Pa., was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket. Feb. 22 Daniel E. Heilmann, 22, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors, and several vehicle and traffic violations. He was issued an appearance ticket.
