CENTRAL VALLEY — On Tuesday, Nov. 28, at Monroe Woodbury High School, the Crusaders hosted a multi-team varsity boys basketball scrimmage as they continue to prepare for the 2017-18 season.
The Crusaders took on Poughkeepsie, Clarkstown North and Pearl River high schools in quick 20-minute games in the upper gym.
Head Coach David Powers used all of his players in different combinations as he gets his team ready for the season opener.
Powers looks to guide his team through another successful season and compete for the league and sectional titles again this year.
The team looks strong and fast this year with many returning veterans after only loosing three players to graduation last year.
The Crusaders will open their season on the road against FDR in Hyde Park on Tuesday, December 5 at 7 p.m.
