    Monroe Village Police

    Feb. 3

    Darwin Tubonguato, 43, of Spring Valley was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 5.

    Cesar Cordon-Gallego, 43, of Monroe was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 19.

    Feb. 4

    Sean Rohlfs, 26, of Monroe was charged with petty larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 19.

    Feb. 6

    Brian Termini, 30, of Monroe was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 19.

    Feb. 7

    Jhoanny Gutierrez-Ferreira, 41, of Monroe was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for March 5.

    Feb. 8

    A 33-year-old-man from Monroe was charged with trespassing, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for March 5.

    Carlos Solis-Cortes, 34, of Monroe was charged with driving while intoxicated and unauthorized use of a vehicle, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for March 5.

    Woodbury Town Police

    Feb. 4

    Christopher Barbot, 28, of Newburgh was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on his own recognizance.

    Tianna Christian, 25, of Spring Valley was charged with criminal mischief, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance.

    Feb. 8

    Kelby Nunez, 37, of Monroe was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. Nunez was released on an appearance ticket.

    Feb. 11

    Rudy K. Turner, 41, of Mahwah, N.J., was charged with third-degree grand larceny, a felony, and nine counts of issuing a bad check, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

    Feb. 13

    Ramaz Jajanidize, 51, of Middlesex, N.J., was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
