Harriman Village Police
Nov. 19
Patrick Lawrence, 52, of East Elmhurst, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
Nov. 21
Thomas James, 44, of Highland Mills, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Nov. 17
Giorgi Eristavi, 23, of Brooklyn, was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 6.
Nov. 19
Enoc Martinez Nolasco, 26, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 20.
Nov. 22
Allison Terranova, 44, of Monroe, and Angelo Terranova, 50, of Pine Bush, were charged with being fugitives from justice, a felony. They are being held at Orange County Jail.
Nov. 23
Elvin Rivera, 60, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 6.
Nov. 24
Brian Hambrick, 53, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 6.

Nov. 12
Luis Esteban Espitia-Rodriguez, 30, of Elmhurst, was charged with third-degree robbery, a felony, petty larceny, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, criminal possession of an anti-security item, and third-degree assault, misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance.
Nov. 15
Latifah Herring, 33, of Newburgh, was charged with petty larceny, third-degree assault, misdemeanors, and second-degree robbery, a felony. Herring was released on an appearance ticket.
Nov. 16
Marquell Deandre Fields, 27, of Richmond, Virginia, was charged with third-degree possession of a forged instrument, a misdemeanor. Fields was released on an appearance ticket.
Nov. 17
Tulio M. Guitierrez, 30, of Brooklyn, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Alexis Hernandez, 26, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. Hernandez was released to a third party.

Morgan Parra, 33, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
Rhonda Johnson, 32, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony. She was released on an appearance ticket.
Nov. 22
An 18-year-old from Goshen was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree menacing with a weapon, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, misdemeanors, assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, second-degree robbery, and tampering with physical evidence, felonies. The youth is being held at Orange County Jail.
Angel Esparra, 26, of Harriman, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. Esparra was released to a third party.
Melissa A. Carmona, 48, of Fort Montgomery, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
Kelvin Mejia, 24, of Monroe, was charged with resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
Consuelo Galindo, 48, of Ossining, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
