‘Our great republic maybe in peril'

As one of the most important elections in our nation’s history approaches, it is imperative that we all consider the potentially devastating effects if the radical Congress, led by Nancy Pelosi and the Progressive Caucus, remains in power. By continually ignoring the will of the American people, by passing laws that give more power to the federal government and by spending money we just do not have it seems that our great republic maybe in peril. The Progressive Caucus’ radical agenda is more in line with the Marxist ideology of redistributive change through government largess than with the ideals our founders so brilliantly crafted in the Declaration of Independence and The Constitution. The Founders recognized the importance of individual liberties versus that of the collective. They embraced our God given rights to life and of the individual’s pursuit of happiness. They did not envision an all powerful federal government imposing “fairness” through the legislative process. So as the election draws near I feel it is my obligation to inform the voters of the 19th CD that Congressman John Hall is a member of this Progressive Caucus and should therefore consider a vote for him a vote for their radical agenda.
