    Jan. 21 Angel Cora, 49, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released pending a future court appearance. Jan. 25 Steven J. Snitofsky, 51, of Monroe, was charged with three counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and fourth-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, felonies. He was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of bail pending a future court appearance. Jan. 26 Shloma M. Kupczyk, 33, of Monroe, was charged with driving with a suspended registration and operating a motor vehicle without insurance, misdemeanors. He was released pending a Feb. 2 court appearance. Michelle N. Grutadauria, 28, of Monroe, was charged with driving with a suspended registration and operating a motor vehicle without insurance, misdemeanors. He was released pending a Feb. 2 court appearance. Jan. 27 Monique M. Valentin, 23, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. She was released to appear in village court on Feb. 2. Jeremy B. Marray, 21, of Monroe, was charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, a misdemeanor, unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and violation of probation. He was remanded to Orange County Jail without bail pending a future court appearance. Lawrence D. Vazquez, 21, of Monroe, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and violation of probation. He was remanded to Orange County Jail without bail pending a future court appearance. Brian M. Nozkowski, 45, of Monroe, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, misdemeanors, and violation of probation. He was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of bail pending a future court appearance. James J. Chambers, 43, of Monroe, was charged with violation of probation. He was sent to Orange County Jail without bail pending a future court appearance.
