Nov. 23 Richard Sichler, 26, of Brooklyn, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and issuing a bad check. He was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $3,000 bail pending a future court appearance. Nov. 25 Ryan Harris, 22, of Monroe, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and released to appear in village court on Dec. 1. A 19-year-old Monroe male was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and released pending a Dec. 1 court appearance.
