    Feb. 8 Meghan O’Donohue, 26, of Goshen, was charged with fourth-degree possession of stolen property, petty larceny and fifth-degree possession of stolen property, misdemeanors. She was turned over to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. Feb. 9 Bajray Brahimi, 60, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, misdemeanors. Brahimi was released pending a March 2 court appearance. Feb. 11 Guillermo Marchuca-Hernandez, 30, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released to appear in village court on March 2. Feb. 14 Frank Siuro, 47, of Central Valley, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a March 30 court appearance.
