Sept. 24 Juan Lozado, 40, of Newburgh, was charged with urinating in public, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket. Sept. 25 Anastasia Losino, 38, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny and criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors. She was released to appear in village court on Oct. 20. Sept. 26 Ortiz Milber, 21, of Monroe, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, second-degree criminal trespassing, criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors, and harassment, a violation. She was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $3,500 bail pending a future court appearance. Sept. 27 Frank Fogliano, 25, of Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $750 bail pending a future court appearance.
