Oct. 5 John Dorr, 47, of Monroe, was arrested on a bench warrant for criminal mischief, a felony, and harassment, a violation. He was arraigned and sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $750 cash bail. Luis Frias, 36, of Monroe, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. Oct. 7 John Hager, 36, of New Hampton, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future court appearance. Jason Romero, 22, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony. He was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,500 bail pending a future court appearance. Oct. 9 Christopher Duggan, 23, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. Daniel Iams, 26, of Monroe, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released pending a future court appearance. Oct. 10 Lesly Alvarez, 34, of Miami, FL, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. She was released on $100 bail pending a future court appearance. Oct. 12 Candace Hernandez, 22, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.
