July 7 An 18-year-old Monroe male was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and underage consumption and possession of alcohol, violations. He was released on $100 bail pending an Aug. 4 court appearance. July 9 Morgan Kalthoff, 25, of Warsaw, N.Y., was arrested on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors. He was released on $1,000 cash bail pending an Aug. 4 court appearance. July 10 A 19-year-old Monroe male was charged with second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, misdemeanors. He was released to appear in village court on Aug. 4. July 13 Thomas E. Dougherty, 24, of Monroe, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. He was released on $250 bail pending an Aug. 4 court appearance. Maria Magee, 42, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was released on $125 bail to appear in village court on Aug. 4.
