Dec. 30 Rhynyl Pedula, 24, of Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and leaving the scene of an accident, misdemeanors. He was released on $2,500 bail pending a future court appearance. Dec. 31 Vitaliy Safronyuk, 30, of Chester, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future court appearance. Jan. 3 A 17-year-old Monroe female was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, two counts of third-degree falsely reporting an incident and making a punishable false written statement, misdemeanors. She was released pending a future court appearance. Erin McConnell, 20, of Central Valley, was charged with driving with a suspended license, a misdemeanor. She was released pending a future court appearance.
