Locks of Love donation

Monroe resident Brooke Pearson, a second grader at Pine Tree Elementary School, is the latest donor to Locks of Love, an organization which takes donated hair and creates wigs for those in need. She recently donated 10 inches of hair, which was cut at Fantastic Cuts in Monroe.
