MONROE — The students of St. Paul Christian Education Center in Monroe recently designed, built and painted an entire town to celebrate all the community workers who support local residents.
The school designates October as it Community Helpers Month. All month-long the children learn about the special people who help the community such as what the do to help us and keep us safe.
The children learned that they, too, can be a helper to their community at any age.
