Scarecrow season

If it's fall, it means troops representing the Monroe Girl Scout community are busy decorating the village's main roads with their unique scarecrow creations. This past Saturday, the girls and their leaders, under the direction and guidance of the Monroe Garden Club, installed 30 scarecrows along the village downtown area. Take a walk and admire the different themes represented in their work.
