MONROE — In September, Monroe Free Library patrons who present their library cards are eligible for specials and discounts at more than 60 area restaurants, delis, dry cleaners and other businesses.
Most participating businesses offer a free special (such as free dessert with your entrée) or a discount on their service.
Any library card (including older white and gray cards) from any RCLS member library qualifies for the promotion.
