Route 208 bridge over Heritage Trail now open

MONROE — The bridge on Route 208 over the Heritage Trail between North Main Street and Route 17M is now open.
There will be alternating lane closures as needed on Monday through Thursday at 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. to complete incidental work.
The Heritage Trail between Airplane Park and Gilbert Street Extension is also now open, with a gravel surface. Final paving, striping and guiderail and landscaping work will be performed in the spring utilizing alternating lane closures as needed.
This section of the Route 208 bridge has been closed since July 5.
