Resorts World Catskills to hold job fairs Dec. 14 and 16
MONTICELLO — Resorts World Catskills will hold two job fairs in December to fill approximately 1,400 positions in the resort casino set to open in March.
The employment categories range from housekeeping, food and beverage, hotel operations, cage cashiering operations and finance to security, marketing and slot operations. Specific jobs also will include sous chef, bartenders, IT technicians, EMTs, security officers, cashiers, cooks and servers, among others.
The job fairs will be held at the following locations and times:
Sullivan County
Thursday, Dec. 14, noon to 6 p.m., at the Ramada at the Sullivan Event Center, 283 Rock Hill Drive, Rock Hill.
Orange County
Saturday, Dec. 16, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Emergency Services Center, 22 Wells Farm Road, Goshen.
Prospective employees will have the opportunity to meet with leadership from Resorts World Catskills.

About the resort casinoThe casino at Resorts World Catskills is part of a $1.2 billion four-season destination resort being developed in the Town of Thompson in Sullivan County.
The resort casino will include an 18-story casino, hotel and entertainment complex with approximately 100,000 square feet of casino floor, over 100 table games, 2,150 state-of-the-art slot machines, a poker room and private gaming salons.
Guests of the casino will be able to choose from over 10 varied bar and restaurant experiences, including fine dining, and an Italian steakhouse created by celebrity chef Scott Conant. Guests can also enjoy year-round live entertainment at the over 2,000-seat event center, casino bars, restaurants and lounges.
