Nov. 21 Stuart Wolfe, 33, of West Nyack, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on $100 bail, pending a Dec. 16 court appearance. Nov. 25 Patrick Pritchard, 29, of Staten Island, was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a chemical test, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeanors, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was arraigned and sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail and $5,000 bond, pending a Dec. 16 court appearance.
