Jan. 22 Michael Gomez, 29, of Monroe, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Feb. 17. Jan. 23 Heather Basciano, 32, of Tuxedo, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, misdemeanors. She was released pending a Feb. 17 court appearance.
