Dec. 5 A 19-year-old male from the Bronx was charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree criminal contempt, misdemeanors. He was released pending a Jan. 19 court appearance. Dec. 11 Wesley M. Thezan, 48, of Harriman, was arrested on a warrant for endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a court appearance on Jan. 19.
