Efficiency recognition

Members of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office Efficiency Review Team were recently recognized for their efforts in a project focusing on the social visitation process. They utilized the “Six Sigma” principles to make the visiting process more efficient and increase the quality of the social visit. According to the sheriff’s office, the result is an annual savings of approximately $80,000.
