Boosting film production in Orange County

Participants in the film production meeting hosted recently by the Orange County Arts Council included county legislator and council board member, Katie Bonelli, Mark Gamma of the Newburgh Actor’s Studio, David Patrick Wilson and Nan Gill of Willy-Gilly Productions, and Barry Plaxen, council board member and publisher of the D&H CANVAS. More than 30 people working in film production in Orange County attended the meeting aimed at increasing local production of film, television and commercials. The meeting, held at 8 Hats High Animation Studio in Middletown, brought filmmakers together with local government and economic development officials.
