Access Physical Therapy and Wellness earns 2011 'Best Companies to Work For Award' in New York

Access Physical Therapy and Wellness, with offices in Monroe and Goshen, was recently named one of the 2011 “Best Companies to Work for in New York,” ranking among the top 20 companies in its category of small/medium companies with 15 to 249 employees. “Our entire team has earned this award as they have maintained our unique company culture through the growth of our company,” said Steve Albanese.”We are family owned and treat each other and all those we serve as we would our own families.” In total, 50 companies were identified for demonstrating “that happy employees make for good business and drive the Empire state’s economy,” according to award officials. The fourth annual program is the result of a partnership between the New York State Society for Human Resource Management and Best Companies Group, an independent company that manages “Best Places to Work” programs on state, regional and national levels around the country.
