A way to give back

Tara Fragiacomo, a recent graduate of Monroe-Woodbury High School, had her hair cut at Fringe Hair Salon in Central Valley by Marla Cafarella and then donated it to the Locks of Love Program. Members of her family have been affected by cancer, so she has seen how difficult the struggle can be. She also saw the Locks of Love program as an organization that provided a way to give back. Tara, 17, will be attending Pace University this coming fall. Photo provided by Arianna Fragiacomo
