Theresa 'Tessie' Ruscito

Theresa "Tessie" Ruscito of Goshen passed away Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2018, at Sapphire Nursing and Rehabilitation center in Goshen. She was 88.
Daughter of Saverio "Same" Ruscito and Nellie Ghloni Ruscito, she was born March 2, 1929, in Mount Vernon.
She worked as a switch passer for Talk Time Control in Mount Vernon.
She loved children, enjoyed cooking, and was an avid bowler.
Survivors include her brother Anthony Ruscito and his wife Linda of Monroe; her sister Violet Paratore and her husband Alfredo of Sarasota, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her brother Alfred Ruscito and sister Loretta Rodrigues.
A Funeral Mass was celebrated Jan. 12 at Sacred Heart Church, Monroe.
Interment followed in Seamanville Cemetery in Monroe.
