Laurie A. Peterson of Highland Mills passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, Sept. 24, 2017, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern. She was 57 years old.
The daughter of Burton and Joan Prince, she was born on Aug. 26, 1960, in Tuxedo.
She was the President of Laurie’s Cleaning Service in Highland Mills.
Laurie also was a member of the Harley Owners Group.
Survivors include: her loving husband William Peterson, at home: her mother Joan Prince of Monticello: her sons: Richard D. Onderdonk and his husband Alberto Carrillo of Valley Cottage; Jesse D. Onderdonk of Nyack and Douglas C. Peterson of Newburgh; her daughters: Nikki Bello and her husband Robert of Fork Rover, N.J., Savannah Drake and her husband Jessie of Richland, Sara Petrosky and her companion Jason Braghirol of Highland Mills and Sally Onderdonk and her companion P.J. Decker of New Port Richy, Fla.; her sisters Vera McRae and her husband Robert of Harriman and Kathy Turnbull and her husband John of Greenville: her grandchildren: Riley, Ryder, Ezra, Gemma, Hunter, Lily and Bella; several nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog Rocky.
Visitation was held Sept. 28 at Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush, Inc. Funeral Home in Monroe.
A Chapel service was held Sept. 29 at the funeral home.
Cremation will take place at Cedar Hill Crematory in Middle Hope.
