Evelyn B. Barth

Evelyn B. Barth of Arden passed away Saturday, Oct. 14, 201,7 at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital in Newburgh. She was 91 years old.
The daughter of Alice Monneret Redner and Herb Redner, she was born June 6, 1926, in Southfields.
Evelyn was the widow of John F. Barth, who passed away in August 2016.
She was a retired postmaster of the U.S. Post Offices of Arden and Central Valley.
Survivors include her sons: Stephen J. Barth of Arden and Martin A. Barth of Arden; her daughter Sharon Sigvartsen of Arden; and five grandchildren: Alicia, Brianna, Danielle, Elizabeth and Emilia.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 24, at Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush, Inc. Funeral Home, 117 Maple Ave., Monroe.
A grave side service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 25, in St. John’s Cemetery in Arden.
