Arthur W. DeSisto

Arthur W. DeSisto of Highland Mills passed away Monday, Dec. 18, 2017, at Orange Regional Medical Center in the Town of Wallkill. He was 92 years old.
The son of Archilles and Carmela Cusano DeSisto, he was born Oct. 8, 1925, in the Bronx.
Arthur was a retired postal carrier with the U.S. Post Office in New York City. He was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, serving during World War II and was a member of the Mahwah Elks Lodge.
Survivors include his loving wife, Dorothy A. DeSisto of Highland Mills; his son Douglas DeSisto,Sr. and his wife Jenny of Highland Mills; his three grandchildren: Douglas Jr. and his wife Elizabeth, Nicholas and his wife Lisa and Anthony; as well as his three great grandchildren: Mackenzie, Kathrynn and Vincent.
Arthur was predeceased by his brother Salvatore DeSisto.
Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
