It's summer and if you are an upcoming senior in high school, go out there and visit college's! There's nothing that replaces visiting a campus to gain perspective on how you feel and fit into a college's environment. You need to prepare so see below for a few tips on what you should do prior to going on your road trip to visit college's that you are interested in.

+ Do your research so you can be educated on the school's environment, programs of study they have to offer as well as organizations and activities they offer.
+ Prepare a list of questions you have for this school that are personal to you and what you are looking for.
+ Find out if this school requires or suggests interviews from their applicants and set up an interview date and time before you go.
+ If you are interviewing, prepare by reviewing potential questions and how you would answer them.
+ Bring a checklist of what you want to see while you are there and who you would like to speak with, a notebook and a pen. Take notes! You think you will remember everything from your visit but trust me, one college blends into another.
+ Take photographs! This will also help you remember the school.
