Walk the Haunted Trail at Rockland Lake State Park

Congers — Rockland Lake State Park in Congers will host a Haunted Trail on Oct. 30 and 31. The events include a 1/4 mile haunted trail, costume parade, “creepy” science exhibit on bats, storytelling and other activities. The events will benefit the restoration of the Nature Center, a learning museum which features displays about the ice industry, Native Americans, the beginnings of the Palisades Interstate Park Commission, and the wildlife of the area. Cost is $8 per person and $6 for members. Children under three are free. Call 268-7881.
