SUNY Orange seeking art submissions for upcoming exhibit

NEWBURGH -— SUNY Orange invites visual artists living or working in Orange County to submit works for “Illuminations,” a juried art exhibit scheduled for the spring that will serve as the debut show in the College’s new Newburgh campus art gallery. Prizes for first and second place will be awarded in two categories: works on canvas or paper, and sculpture. Artists are asked to mail CDs, photographs or prints of up to two pieces, as well as a résumé, brief biography and an application fee of $25 to the Cultural Affairs Office, SUNY Orange, Newburgh Campus, 5 Washington Center, Newburgh, NY 12550.
