Sugar Loaf has an outstanding selection of handmade art, crafts and gifts. The shops offer a broad range of unique items including paintings, photography, stained glass, handmade soaps and herbs, pottery, jewelry, woodwork, leather, candles and more.
When your stomach is growling, stop at the Cancun Inn for some of the best Mexican food around. If you’d like a quick meal, you can always stop by Ann Marie’s Deli. There will also be a variety of foods from visiting food vendors.
The hamlet of Sugar Loaf is a community of creative crafts people and artists nestled under Sugar Loaf Mountain. It has had a distinguished reputation as a crafts community for more than 250 years. Today, Sugar Loaf remains true to its heritage as the year-round home of independent business men and women. Many of these artisans live and work in the original barns and buildings, many of which date back as early as the 1700s.
