We have upmost faith in Levinson's ability'
To the editor: We are pleased to write this letter on behalf of our longtime friend, David L. Levinson. We have known David and his wife, Majorie, since 1964 when we were college students together at Brooklyn College. Our children have grown up together and our grandchildren have continued this relationship. We feel extremely confident to express our endorsement for his re-election as our Woodbury town justice. David has served our town with excellence, firmness, compassion and with a keen instinct of fairness. His judicial rulings have served to protect our families from the consequences of crime and he has preserved the safety of many families. His community service alternative has changed the lives of many of our formally troubled youths who now, as productive members of society, often return to thank him for setting them on the right path. His continued availability to our police agencies makes our town that much more safer. On all too many occasions, David has left family events to handle arraignments at all hours. His dedication and commitment to fulfilling his judicial obligation cannot be duplicated. His court has been used as a teaching aid for students in our high school and he spends additional time instructing these students on the law and answering their many questions. David is our dear friend of long-standing. He has always been there for us in time of need. We have the utmost faith in his judicial ability, his concern and dedication which he has demonstrated over almost 28 years as Woodbury’s judge. Vote for David. He has always been there for us and he has always been there for you. Arlene and Harvey Feldman Highland Mills
