She was released on her own recognizance. Karen McAssey, 37, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, both misdemeanors, after a traffic stop. She was released on $100 bail. Mahbubur Rahman, 26, of Fresh Meadows, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, both misdemeanors, after a traffic stop. He was released on $100 bail. Nov. 15 Katrina Farinacci, 31, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. She was released on her own recognizance. Clerveau Pierre, 46, of Hillcrest, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance. Orlando Garista-Gordiano, 34, of Central Valley, was charged with false personation, failure to have an ignition interlock installed on the vehicle he was operating and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, all misdemeanors, after a traffic stop. He was released on $250 bail. Nov. 18 James Powers, 55, of Monroe, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance.
