MONROE — Bourbon St. Bar & Grill/AT Health Care held on to defeat Kristy’s Restaurant 9-6.

Bob Aylmer was the winning pitcher. He was helped by the hitting of Russ Cohen three hits, an RBI), Brian Kerr (two hits, including a home run, 3 RBI’s), Otto Vasquez (two hits, including a home run, 2 RBI’s) and Chris O’Neil (two hits).

Tony Casilla homered for Kristy’s.

Poppy’s 13 Best Mechanical 9 In Friday night’s final game, Poppy’s defeated Best Mechanical 13 to 9. Nicky Sansalone picked up his third victory of the year.

The team was led by Joe Brady who was 3 for 3 with a home run, triple and three walks. Ronny Crover was 4 for 5 with a home run and 4 RBI’s, Victor Quinton was 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 RBI’s and John Murray added a 3 for 4 night which included a double and 2 RBI’s.

Newcomer Marcos Munos went 3 for 5 with a triple and an RBI.

Master Chimney Sweeps 16 IDC 14

Yshmael DeCastro’s walk-off homer gave Master Chimney Sweeps a dramatic 16-14 win over IDC.

DeCastro’s long, laser-like missile ended a back-and-forth game that saw IDC tie it with three runs in the top of the seventh.

The go-ahead run was thrown out at the plate on a peg from Master Chimney center fielder Boz Costello to catcher Dean Sefrin.

Costello also helped Master Chimney’s cause with a three-run homer. Adam Murfree had three hits for Master Chimney, including a two-out, two-run triple in the bottom of the sixth.

Bob Klopchin pitched the win. House of Stone/Billy Ball 17

The Brazen Head Pub 14 House of Stone/Billy Ball defeated The Brazen Head Pub 17-14. Bob Nelson was the winning pitcher.

The Brazen Head went ahead in the first inning with a grand slam. Billy Ball came alive with five runs in the second, three in the third and eight runs in the fourth inning.

The Brazen Head rallied in the sixth inning with eight runs of their own but Billy Ball held on for the victory.

In other action HudsonValleyHomeNY.com defeated The Warriors 9-4.

Nebrasky Plumbing nipped Jester’s Comedy Club 3-2.

Tom’s Plumbing bested Rand Realty 12-8.

Monroe Jewelers/Rosmarin’s Day Camp edged PC Consulting.
