    March 15

    Marco A. Barrera, 49, of South Fallsburg, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    March 16

    An 18-year-old Monroe male was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Mark A. Dignardi, 39, of Sparrowbush, was charged with six counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    James B. Booth, 38, of Port Jervis, was charged with five counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and first-degree operator impaired by drugs, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    Hugo F. Puscama Moncada, 29, of West Haverstraw, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.

    Eric C. Harrell, 22, of Middletown, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Danzel C. Langlaise, 22, of Brooklyn, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Mostafa M. Aly, 21, of Fort Montgomery, was charged with prohibited sale of alcoholic beverages, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Kevin Bell, 29, of Cornwall, was charged with prohibited sale of alcoholic beverages, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Ishmael J. McFarlan, 40, of the Bronx, and a 19-year-old female from New York City, were charged with sixth-degree conspiracy and petty larceny, misdemeanors. They were released on appearance tickets.
