Cynthia M. Caraballo, 29, of Philadelphia, Pa., was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

James P. Albrechtsen, 41, of Monroe, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and fourth-degree criminal mischief, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

July 24

Tyrone Turner, 30, of New Hampton, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, assault, felonies, criminal mischief, and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

July 25

Jonas M. Miller, 48, of New Bedford, Mass., was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.

July 26

Nathan Felix, 21, of Sugar Loaf, was charged with second and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal possession of cannabis, felonies, third-degree criminal possession of cannabis and first-degree operator impaired by drugs, misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

July 29

A 19-year-old male from Middletown was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Jessica Cortes, 45, of Woodhaven, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket.
