HIGHLAND MILLS The Rushmore Library in Highland Mills is hosting its annual art exhibit to showcase the talents of the select students of Smith Clove Elementary School through the end of February.
A reception was held to honor participating artists and their families on Feb. 1, where students gathered to show guests their work.
The exhibit is available for public viewing during the librarys normal hours of operation.
