Monroe composting facility accepting leaves and brush until May 23

MONROE — The Town of Monroe composting facility on Lakes Road is now accepting leaves and brush.

Brush must be tied and less than four-feet long; grass clippings will not be accepted.

The facility is open to Town of Monroe residents and is only for non-commercial use.

Hours of operation are Wednesdays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. It will be open until Wednesday, May 23.
