Coming soon: The Warwick Valley Jazz Festival

xThe Warwick Valley Jazz Festival will take place Aug. 18 to 21. The event, conceived and produced by Warwick musician Steve Rubin, pulls together a growing jazz community and an expanding local music scene. The festival is a collective umbrella where already existing venues that present jazz come together in Warwick with new participants to create a four day festival. Most shows are free and the variety of music runs from big band to funk, the environment, from outdoor on Railroad Avenue on the Green to a book store setting.
