Tuxedo Powerhouse Park Concert Series opens Oct. 6 with Commander Cody and the Lost Planet Airmen

TUXEDO — The Town of Tuxedo, with Emmy Award-winning producer David Kramer, will present the first in a series of concerts at historic Powerhouse Park along the scenic Ramapo River, on Saturday, Oct. 6, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
This inaugural event will feature:
• Commander Cody and his Lost Planet Airmen (of “Hot Rod Lincoln” fame);
• Reverend Jefferson (celebrating the music of Jefferson Airplane);
• The Englishtown Project (music of the Grateful Dead, New Riders of the Purple Sage and Marshall Tucker);
• Patrick Stanfield Jones (Roots Americana, Country Blues and Jimi Hendrix); and
• Local singer-songwriter sensation Kate Yeager.
Assorted fare from local food trucks as well as craft beer, ciders and wine from Hudson Valley merchants will be available.
Powerhouse Park is a festival style venue so bring your chairs and blankets. Doors open at 11 a.m.
The Tuxedo Farmers Market is open at the Tuxedo Train Station until 2 p.m.
