I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Orange County Executive Steven M. Neuhaus, Veterans Service Agency Director Christian Farrell and Town of Monroe Supervisor Tony Cardone for hosting the showing of the movie “1917” for all the veterans of Orange County.
It was truly a wonderful event and opportunity for local veterans to meet and be together to watch this film.
It may seem like a very small thing but it makes a huge impact on veterans to be remembered and appreciated in this way.
The large turn out, by so many vets, proves that.
