Monday, September 9 at Monroe Woodbury High School On Monday afternoon the Crusaders christened their new turf field when they hosted the Dragons of Cornwall in a non-league match.
The Crusaders entered the game with a 1-0 record having defeated the Vikings of Valley Central 5-1 last week.
The Dragons' record stood at 1-2 on the season.
In a defensive stalemate, the two teams battled through regulation and two overtime periods to a scoreless tie.
The Crusaders defense was air-tight again but the offense had a tough day try to get through to the Dragons net.
The Crusaders, however, were able to extend their unbeaten streak to 22 straight reaching back to the 2017 season.
