Sept. 2

Sahmod Newley Carlan, 21, of Newburgh, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and trespassing, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket.

Stevan Rodriquez-Galeana, 22, of Queens, was charged with petty larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.
