    Nov. 9

    A 13-year-old male from Monroe was charged with possession of an obscene sexual performance by a child, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.

    A 16-year-old male from Highland Falls was charged with forcible touching and acting in a manner injurious to a child, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Christopher P. Cinquemani, 32, of Monroe, and a 19-year-old male from Monroe were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on appearance tickets.

    Nov. 10

    Carlos Calender, 20, of Buffalo, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, second-degree criminal impersonation, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

    Dejae L. Johnson, 23, of Frankfort, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, and sent to Orange County Jail.

    Nov. 11

    Arcadio J. Morales, 40, of Newburgh, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Nov. 12

    Darren Saunders, 25, of Brooklyn, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, two counts of first and second-degree possession of a forged instrument, felonies, and false personation, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

    Nov. 13

    Eduar S. Villanueva, 20, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Kelvin Mejia, 21, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    Nov. 14

    Mirza Vucetovic, 29, of Monroe, was charged with first-degree operator impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.

    Chazz E. Johnson, 20, of Mount Vernon, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Julie M. Holodak, 49, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.

    Jason M. Romero, 31, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more. He was released to a third party.
