Edward J. Callegari, 47, of West Islip, was charged with fourth-degree conspiracy, first-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree grand larceny, felonies, three counts of possession of burglary tools, two counts of unlawful possession of radio devices, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two-counts of possession of a hypodermic instrument, third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, first-degree operator impaired by drugs, and reckless driving, misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

A 12-year-old male from Highland Falls was charged with forcible touching, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
Anasha O. White, 21, and a 19-year-old male, both of the Bronx, were charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and released on appearance tickets.

Katherine P. Goodwin, 23, of Tuxedo Park, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

Devin Fiat, 24, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
