    Shawn A. Laury, 26, of Monsey, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree criminal contempt, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Jeffrey B. Neighbors, 42, of Highland Mills, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Hugh J. Flood, 38, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party.

    A 17-year-old Highland Mills male was charged with second-degree harassment, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Ari T. Barak, 29, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party.

    Nathan O. Lambert, 40, Alissia Sahoye, 35, both of Staten Island, and Illyana A. Lewis, 36, of the Bronx, were charged with two counts of petty larceny each, a misdemeanor, and released on appearance tickets.
